Pizza Friday!

Due to the warm weather Alberta is having this winter, it seemed high time to fire up the brick oven and cook something outside. Friday was lunchtime pizza break day so we all chipped in and brought ingredients. The wonderful Jenn Demke-Lange made the dough which we dutifully topped with everything from artichokes and goat cheese to pineapple and salami. And it turns out the easiest way to portion pizza is with a pair of scissors.
